FAQ

When do you move bins out?

We do curb-out from dusk the night before pickup through 7:00 a.m. pickup day.

When do you return bins?

Curb-back happens after pickup and before 6:00 a.m. the following day.

Do you enter homes or handle hazardous materials?

No. We only move bins and optional outdoor add-ons. No home entry, hazardous waste, or heavy hauling.

What happens during bad weather or a holiday schedule change?

Safety comes first. If severe weather or a municipal holiday changes the safe service window, we will update affected customers and adjust the route when practical.

What if my bins are behind a gate?

Add your gate code and access instructions during checkout. Keep the route clear and secure pets before the service window. Gate codes are visible only to authorized workers and administrators.

What if my bins cannot be reached?

Your runner records the issue and we notify you. Contact support promptly if access can be restored; a return visit depends on route timing and availability.

How do additional bins work?

All garbage, recycling, and yard-waste bins at the same service address are included in the $14.99 introductory monthly price.

Can I skip an upcoming service?

Yes. Scheduled future visits can be skipped from Job history in your dashboard. Same-day changes should be sent to support.

How do I cancel or update billing?

Open Subscription in your dashboard and use the secure Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; completed charges are handled under our Terms.

Who can see the runner's live location?

Customers can see their number of remaining stops. Only the customer who is next receives the runner's current location, and location data is cleared as the route advances.

Will I receive proof that service was completed?

You receive completion notifications. When a service photo is recorded, it is available securely in your Job history.

Is the $14.99 price temporary?

The standard base price is $19.99. Customers who start at the $14.99 introductory price keep that base monthly rate while their subscription remains continuously active.
